Coming to church

It will be delightful to see people tomorrow at worship in Adare. We will begin at 10.30, with Morning Prayer. A few notes about coming to church:

  • Please bring a mask with you if you have one. Masks are not mandatory, but recommended. We will have extras.

  • Current government guidelines allow 50 people inside. How many we can actually seat depends on how many social groupings (e.g., families) come. When we reach capacity, unfortunately we will have to turn people away. So, first come, first served! But be aware that people from all parishes, or from anywhere, are welcome! We are not giving preference to members of St. Nicholas, but to whoever shows up first, no matter what parish they are from.

  • You will be seated from the front to the back. So enjoy the change of view!

  • We will be using a service sheet. There are no books, and we will not be singing.

  • We cannot linger after the service. Guidelines encourage us all to leave. But there will be a special treat that will enable you to get a tea or coffee anyway… Come to find out what it is!
