What do “All things bright and beautiful,” “Once in royal David’s city,” and “There is a green hill far away” have in common? They are all among the favourite hymns of people in our parishes, and they were all written by Cecil Frances "Fanny" Alexander, a Sunday school teacher from Ireland.

For our February Second Friday event, we will have an evensong service at Kilpeacon, highlighting her most famous hymns.
